Freezing Cold Plates:
- When freezing cold plates for the first time, place them in freezer for 24hs at a temperature of -20º(C) to -25º(C) or -4º F to -13º F.
- Important! Allow air to flow between plates for even freezing.
- Subsequent freezing requires 12hs only.
- Cold plates have arrows indicating their upward position. Do not force cold plates into place.
